I insist cream of tartar be used in all my handmade Mint Rock to bind the sugar, hence its uncommonly good colour. Others may use the skilamalink practice of employing glucose as a cheap substitute, but not I!
I began making my Rambunctious confectionery in 1848 and have continued with steely determination to only ever make confections of the topmost quality. All my products defy the industrialists and their confounded mechanisations and use our skilled sugar boilers own hands. with over 100 years experience making my confectioner they really are top notch!
My boxes are 190g of finest confections and I am selling them as single boxes so you can purchase as many or as few as you would like. I have tried to keep the pricing simple and so I have included the cost of the postal workers in the price of each box.
You must try them, you will enjoy them!
